We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, thanks to the lovely spa facilities and the overall welcoming atmosphere. While the spa experience was a highlight, the wait times at check-in and for the pool access were disappointing. Overall, it's a nice choice if you're looking to relax but be prepared for some hiccups in service.
