We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, thanks to the lovely spa facilities and the overall welcoming atmosphere. However, there were a few issues with our room setup and the dining service that could use improvement. While the spa experience was a highlight, the wait times at check-in and for the pool access were disappointing. Overall, it's a nice choice if you're looking to relax but be prepared for some hiccups in service.

The room we stayed in was spacious, but the beds were too close together, which was inconvenient. I also found a used pill on the floor, which was concerning.

The dining experience for breakfast was a bit lacking as it took time to get tea and coffee, and the request for a window seat went unfulfilled despite prior notice.

I had a mixed experience at the spa hotel. While the spa facilities were absolutely stunning and provided a luxurious atmosphere, the dining experience fell flat due to slow service and below-par food quality. The overall quality of the room left much to be desired, considering it felt outdated and noisy. However, the spa treatments were exceptional, making it a memorable aspect of my stay.

I recently enjoyed a stay that had its ups and downs. The hotel offers beautiful spa facilities and exceptional dining, but I was disappointed with the check-in experience and the noise from the room above. Overall, it's a nice place but not quite worth the price tag especially given the unforeseen issues.

Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in was on the smaller side and felt a bit cramped, particularly the bathroom. The flooring didn't help, as I could hear noises from above all night.
Service
7.0
While most of the staff were excellent and attentive, I felt the older staff could have been more welcoming. There were some hiccups with service, such as a delayed room readiness without any offer for a drink while we waited.
Location

The hotel is wonderfully located near the beach, making it convenient for leisurely walks and relaxation. However, parking was a challenge as we were directed to a public car park across the road.

Facilities
8.0
The spa facilities are absolutely beautiful, with various treatments and a relaxing atmosphere. However, the construction outside detracted from the experience.
