dirty balcony broken phone
I was disappointed by a few things. The room's phone did NOT work. Our balcony was SO dirty. I reported it the first night, yet NOONE cleaned it. They cleaned the room itself but ignored the balcony. It is not what i EXPECTED.

awesome staycation!
clean room comfy bed fresh milk
i found the room perfectly clean with a comfy bed. the shower was really great too it had good pressure. fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch so i could have tea in the morning. the hotel provides amazing comfort and care.
the car park spaces felt a bit narrow so parking my car was tricky. i had to be careful not to scratch the car next to me. it needs better planning and spaces.

the room offered a nice balcony with chairs and a table. the room size was good so i had plenty of space. it also came with fresh towels and robes.

the hotel benefits from direct beach access. i found lovely spots nearby for walks. also, the local area has some amazing restaurants and bars.

i found all the staff very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. they were prompt at responding to my requests. the team.

the hotel has an outdoor hot tub to enjoy. i also enjoyed the indoor pool which was clean and well maintained. there is also a steam room and sauna to unwind in.
